Our focus book book was published 4/18/2023 while the U.S. Supreme Court was considering the affirmative action case of Students for Fair Admission vs. Harvard.

The Court heard oral argument on 11/1/2022 and on 6/29/2023, the Court decided in favor of Students for Fair Admissions.
