published by Henry Holt &Co (2007). It is available at Amazon.com from
$9.98 + shipping. In the best muckraker style the book exposes free trade
and global ideologies of the "Chicago School" that have privatized war
functions and disaster relief for the benefit of the few to the
disadvantage of the many.
